Some Rules for going into Business with people you don't know?
1. Check out there Business History.
2. Require references.
3. Hire someone to check out If their were any legal problems in the past. (EX: any jail time?)
4. If any of the above come back negative walk away....
The way people are in the past is a picture of the future, beware!!!
